    Ingredients

    Medium-sized strawberries Raspberries finely chopped orange rindThe juice of 1/2 an orange1 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
    3-4 Tablespoons sugar (modify according to preference or to offset the tartness of the berries)pinchs of saltA dashs of chaat masala

    Slice the berries and mix with the other ingredients, set aside while you prepare the crumble topping.
    For the topping -
    All-purpose flour4-5 Tablespoons cold, unsalted butter, diced1/4 Cup light brown sugar pinch of salt2 Tablespoons oats1-2 Tablespoons chopped walnuts

    Steps

    1. Mix all of the above, except the walnuts, in the bowl of an electric mixer, fit with a paddle attachment. Mix on low speed until the butter is pea-sized or if mixing by hand, until the mixture is just crumbly.
    2. Divide the berry filling into individual ramekins or a baking dish. Sprinkle the topping evenly on top of the filling, scatter the chopped walnuts over the topping and bake for 30-35 minutes in a 350 degrees F oven. The tops will be browned crisp and the berry juices might bubble over slightly. Serve immediately.
